Responsibility
- Design, operate, and maintain electrical power distribution systems for data center facilities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, generators, and backup power solutions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, chiller plants, and environmental control systems to maintain ideal operating conditions.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, IT specialists, and facility managers, to optimize data center infrastructure.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance records for electrical systems, including schematics, load calculations, and maintenance logs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of electrical system upgrades, expansions, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Provide on-call support for emergency electrical issues and participate in disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional electrical engineering license (e.g., Registered Electrical Engineer in the Philippines or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or project experience in electrical systems, power distribution, or data center infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong understanding of electrical power systems, UPS, generators, HVAC, and FDAS.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and compliance regulations (e.g., NFPA, IEC, or local Indonesian standards).
- Proficiency in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit) and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, or work in a hybrid/remote capacity if required.
