In this role, you will oversee the technical and operational aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and local regulations. Your expertise in civil engineering will drive project efficiency, quality, and safety while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, subcontractors, and government authorities.
Based in Badung, Bali, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with opportunities to shape iconic projects in areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or Nusa Dua. Whether it’s commercial, residential, or public infrastructure, your leadership will be pivotal in delivering excellence from concept to completion.
Responsibility
- Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to align project deliverables with client expectations.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental protocols in accordance with Indonesian and international standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical disputes or design conflicts through collaborative problem-solving and engineering expertise.
- Oversee material procurement and vendor negotiations to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, SNI standards, and international codes (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP, PE, or local Indonesian engineering licenses are preferred.
