Responsibility
- Lead and manage EPC projects for chemical feeding systems, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings for chemical delivery systems in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct risk assessments, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for project proposals.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of chemical feeding systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., SEMI, ISO).
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project engineering or project management, with a focus on chemical feeding systems, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
- Proven track record in EPC project execution, from design to commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of chemical delivery systems, process piping, and material compatibility (e.g., high-purity chemicals, corrosion-resistant materials).
- Familiarity with industry standards (SEMI S2/S8, ASME, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management skills (e.g., PMP certification is a plus) and proficiency in tools like MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia, with willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
