Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Officers, Engineers, and Technicians to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical operations with business objectives and client expectations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies, tools, and methodologies into existing workflows.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to enhance service delivery and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects, maintenance operations, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in engineering and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) and technical software.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
