Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities to secure permits and approvals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and technical documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards in all project phases.
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record in managing mid-to-large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Certification in PMP, LEED, or OSHA is a strong asset.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
