Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple fit-out construction projects (offices, restaurants, retail, residential) from planning to handover.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, BOQs, and project timelines to ensure alignment with client requirements and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline project execution and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) to maximize efficiency and minimize project delays.
- Ensure sustainable and cost-effective construction practices without compromising design integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in fit-out construction project management, preferably in commercial or residential sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, and Primavera (or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, permits, and construction regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts with precision.
- PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
