Responsibility
- Lead and manage the A1 Main Construction/Building phase of large-scale mixed-use redevelopment projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution, resolving technical and logistical challenges as they arise.
- Oversee site activities, including construction progress, safety compliance, and quality control, to ensure alignment with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, reports, and change orders, to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project costs and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management and recommending cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; a Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role, with a focus on large-scale building projects.
- Proven expertise in A1 Main Construction/Building projects, including mixed-use developments, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices, with a commitment to quality and innovation.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, building codes, and HSE standards; prior experience in Bali or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.
