Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Oversee technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets design and safety requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
