Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of infrastructure, civil engineering, and public works projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to inform project viability.
- Prepare and present detailed project proposals, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, including community engagement and public consultations.
- Ensure projects adhere to sustainability, safety, and environmental standards.
- Generate progress reports, financial summaries, and post-project evaluations for transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects (public sector experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent analytical, financial, and reporting skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations (e.g., PP No. 22/2021 on National Spatial Planning) and international standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
