Responsibility
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, financials, and resource utilization.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with risk management and financial forecasting.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
