Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and energy efficiency assessments to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall building design.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs in compliance with local and international standards (e.g., SNI, IEE, ASHRAE).
- Supervise on-site M&E works, including installation, testing, and commissioning, to ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction, ensuring minimal downtime and cost overruns.
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, such as solar power systems, LED lighting, and smart building technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, as-built drawings, and compliance reports for handover and client approval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering for construction, real estate, or hospitality projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux for system design and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI), IEE wiring regulations, and NFPA standards.
- Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and on-site teams.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Mark) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or travel to project sites as required.
