Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installations for LTA projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and authority standards.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant execution of M&E works.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions for M&E systems.
- Monitor project progress against schedules, identifying and mitigating risks to avoid delays.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, as-built drawings, and project documentation for submission to authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and design conflicts during construction.
- Ensure adherence to WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) and environmental regulations on-site.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination for construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in Singapore.
- Proven track record in managing LTA or government-linked projects with strict compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, local codes (e.g., SCDF, BCA, LTA), and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, or project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with contract administration and tendering processes is a plus.
- Certifications in WSH, Green Mark, or relevant M&E accreditations are advantageous.
