Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align on timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Manage on-site labor, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, incident logs, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Resolve technical or logistical challenges in real-time to prevent project delays.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among site personnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil construction site supervision or a related role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards (e.g., K3).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bali as needed.
