Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of company products in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of installation projects.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues during or after installation.
- Provide technical support and training to clients or end-users on the proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes, including reports, diagrams, and customer sign-offs.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Manage tools, equipment, and inventory required for installations, ensuring they are well-maintained and available when needed.
- Travel to various locations across Bali to support installation projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in field installation, commissioning, or technical support roles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment relevant to the role.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions if required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles or personal transportation for site visits.
