Responsibility
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams to execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all local electrical/mechanical safety regulations, including PUIL (Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik) and OSHA standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and permit-to-work systems for high-risk maintenance tasks.
- Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices in best practices, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance work orders and improve asset performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work logs, inspection reports, and equipment histories.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid Chargeman License (A1/A2 or B1/B2) issued by the Indonesian Directorate General of Electricity (DGEL).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven leadership in supervising maintenance teams and managing contract workers.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, HV/LV electrical systems, and mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, conveyors).
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to read technical manuals and communicate with international teams.
