Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement equipment modifications or upgrades to enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify equipment needs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including equipment manuals, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Train and mentor technical staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment engineering, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, and machinery diagnostics.
- Proficient in using CAD software, maintenance management systems (CMMS), and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
