Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of solar PV and M&E projects, from site assessment to commissioning.
- Develop technical designs, schematics, and system layouts using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst).
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and project timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for solar installations.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and post-installation documentation to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging solar technologies, industry trends, and local energy policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- For Senior roles: 3+ years of experience in solar PV project engineering or M&E systems; for Junior roles: 0-2 years of relevant experience or internships.
- Proficiency in solar design tools (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope) and CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Certifications in solar energy (e.g., NABCEP, GSES) or M&E systems are a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
