Responsibility
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development of project documentation, including reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronics or audio industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of audio product development processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
