Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from scoping to implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, UX/UI designers, data analysts) to deliver scalable digital solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative digital strategies.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Analyze and optimize business processes using digital tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, automation platforms).
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare reports for senior management and clients, highlighting ROI and impact.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, cloud computing, IoT) and recommend adoption strategies for clients.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, IT consulting, or business transformation roles.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects (e.g., cloud migration, process automation, AI integration).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience applying them in real-world projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL are a plus.
- Experience working with remote teams and clients across different time zones.
