Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from government systems using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
- Develop and maintain case management dashboards to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Assist in designing AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Generate insightful reports and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for stakeholders to support data-informed policy decisions.
- Collaborate with government agencies to define data requirements and ensure compliance with privacy/regulatory standards.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Document methodologies, data pipelines, and case management protocols for internal knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to align on project milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python (intermediate level) with experience in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases and extracting insights.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a contract-based environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in data analysis, case management, or government sectors is advantageous.
