Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to support decision-making and project prioritization.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, use case diagrams, and requirements documentation.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
