Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Development Team Lead or similar leadership role in software development.
