Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain BAU operations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Document and update operational procedures, incident reports, and knowledge bases for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and testing of new systems or updates.
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure smooth adoption of operational tools.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or business analysis.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and using IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with BAU processes, incident management, and change control frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in a contract or project-based role is a plus.
