Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in banking and loan systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform end-to-end QA testing, including regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document and track defects, issues, and resolutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize loan origination workflows and banking operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Basel III, local financial regulations) and internal policies.
- Train end-users and support teams on new system features and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA Specialist, with a focus on banking, financial services, or loan origination systems.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and UML diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman), and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC methodologies.
- Certifications in CBAP, ISTQB, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
