Responsibility
- Develop and execute test plans for module-level product validation.
- Collaborate with product engineers to analyze test failures and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize test processes to improve yield, efficiency, and reliability.
- Document test procedures, results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize automated testing tools and scripts to streamline validation processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring test failures and propose solutions.
- Support the transition of test processes from development to production.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging testing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product testing, preferably in module-level validation.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
- Proficiency in using test equipment and automated testing tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve test failures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to convey technical findings clearly.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
