Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems.
- Fine-tune AI models to optimize performance for financial and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Develop scalable AI architectures that ensure high performance and reliability.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Implement best practices for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and deployment.
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly LLMs and Agentic AI systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with fine-tuning AI models and optimizing their performance for specific use cases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and AI deployment tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial or enterprise AI applications is a plus.
