Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of high-end residential and commercial projects from conceptualization to execution.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with vision, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Oversee site visits and construction progress to ensure compliance with design intent, building codes, and sustainability standards.
- Mentor junior architects and design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Research and integrate sustainable materials and green building practices into project designs.
- Manage project documentation, permits, and approvals in coordination with local authorities.
- Stay updated on global architectural trends and adapt them to Baliās unique aesthetic and environmental context.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM software.
- Licensed architect (preferred) or eligibility for licensure in Indonesia.
- Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
- Experience working in tropical climates or with sustainable design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
