Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with vision and standards.
- Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and specifications using industry-leading software.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.
- Mentor junior architects and design teams to foster creativity and technical proficiency.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve design challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in architecture, materials, and green building technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
