Responsibility
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to translate conceptual sketches into technically accurate documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local and international building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from senior architects, engineers, and clients.
- Prepare presentation materials, including 3D renderings and visualizations for client meetings.
- Coordinate with external consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to integrate technical requirements into designs.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques to enhance design efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce error-free technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
