Responsibility
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts, sketches, and 3D models for hotel and casino interiors.
- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and document progress.
- Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project budgets and design themes.
- Participate in client meetings and design reviews, providing input and incorporating feedback.
- Assist in preparing construction documents, including specifications and material schedules.
- Support the team in coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or Lumion.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, space planning, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, proportions, and functionality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Previous internship or project experience in architecture or interior design is a plus.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and hospitality industry trends is advantageous.
