Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end programme management for large-scale IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain PMO frameworks, including governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to track programme health.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to align programme objectives with business strategy.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects, optimizing team utilization.
- Implement Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies tailored to project requirements.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports on programme progress, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Programme/Project Management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex IT programmes (budget: $1M+) in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana) and PPM software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or ISO standards for IT governance.
