Responsibility
- Conduct SAP C4C and SD configuration, customization, and implementation for client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support for SAP C4C and SD modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in SAP systems.
- Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live activities for SAP deployments.
- Document process workflows, configurations, and best practices for client reference.
- Stay updated with SAP updates, patches, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in SAP SD or C4C consulting, implementation, or support.
- Hands-on experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SD module configurations.
- Strong understanding of business processes in sales, customer service, or distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a client-focused mindset.
- Willingness to undergo 4-week paid training and adapt to project demands.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
