Based in the vibrant and inspiring locations of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build resilient systems using modern cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, reduce latency, and enhance observability across our distributed systems.

Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance, cost, and security.
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD) to accelerate software delivery.
- Develop and enforce SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog and proactively resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance observability, logging, and tracing.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) and orchestration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and logging systems.
- Experience with scaling distributed systems and improving latency/throughput.
- Familiarity with security best practices (IAM, network policies, secrets management).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
