Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend systems and microservices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through best practices in coding and architecture.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs, data models, and integration with third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on test-driven development (TDD).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Framework, and modern backend technologies.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
