Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain access control systems, ensuring 24/7 operational efficiency and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Process and resolve customer requests related to system access, permissions, and account management in a timely manner.
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly reports on system usage, anomalies, and user activity for management review.
- Perform basic data entry and database management for access logs, user profiles, and system configurations.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of software updates, patches, or new features for access control platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AWS and 5D systems with existing infrastructure and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Provide first-level technical support to internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Document procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to improve team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of access control systems, network security, or cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis) and familiarity with database tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English to interact with global teams and clients.
