Responsibility
- Manage and provision user accounts, roles, and access permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and enforce security compliance for identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot access-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct periodic revalidations of user access rights to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff with clear documentation and context.
- Assist in the implementation of IAM solutions and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of user access changes and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational IT needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of identity management, Active Directory, or LDAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or security protocols (e.g., ISO 27001) is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT support or administration is a bonus.
