Responsibility
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and cloud-based systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade systems, applications, and security patches to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies for real estate operations.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and systems from threats.
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and backup procedures to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to assist non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
