Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines and environments
- Support enterprise IT projects through research, documentation, and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Help troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Support the implementation of IT security best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
