This is a unique contract-to-permanent opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP systems, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation across our business.
As a key player in our IT and business process improvement initiatives, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, configure Odoo modules, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and support scalable growth in the competitive FMCG sector.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation, including gap analysis, system configuration, and customization to meet FMCG business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities.
- Design and deploy workflows, reports, and dashboards in Odoo to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and change management support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the new ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues post-implementation, including data migration and integration challenges.
- Optimize existing Odoo modules (e.g., Inventory, Sales, Accounting, HR) to enhance performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with Odoo best practices and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an ERP Consultant, with hands-on expertise in Odoo implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of FMCG industry processes (e.g., supply chain, inventory, sales, finance).
- Proficiency in Odoo modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Purchase, CRM) and Python scripting for customizations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus.
