Responsibility
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Centre-based programs and activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
- Oversee operational compliance, including adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices in client care and service delivery.
- Coordinate and manage client care support services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and seamless coordination among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and expand service reach.
- Monitor and report on program performance, including key metrics, outcomes, and areas for improvement, to senior management and funding bodies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community organizations to foster trust and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for program innovation and continuous improvement, incorporating feedback from clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure the efficient allocation of resources, including budget management, staffing, and logistical support for program activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, community services, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating community-based programs or social services.
- Strong understanding of operational compliance, regulatory standards, and best practices in client care and service delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized program management software.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is a strong advantage.
