Responsibility
- Design, plan, and execute community development programs aligned with Jamiyah Singapore’s mission and local needs.
- Coordinate with local partners, government agencies, and volunteers to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for assigned programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and lead community engagement activities, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and fundraising initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Act as a liaison between Jamiyah Singapore and local communities, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, community outreach, or NGO operations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including volunteers and local leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Passion for social causes and a deep understanding of community development challenges.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Singapore for training or meetings.
