Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement advocacy strategies that strengthen the bond between the community and national service members. Your efforts will directly enhance public awareness, engagement, and support for those who have served.

Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing advocacy strategies to promote the interests of national service personnel.
- Coordinate with government agencies, community organizations, and stakeholders to foster partnerships and support initiatives.
- Organize and oversee community engagement events, workshops, and campaigns to raise awareness and recognition.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications materials to highlight the impact of advocacy efforts.
- Monitor and analyze trends, policies, and public sentiment related to national service and defence advocacy.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and volunteers involved in advocacy projects.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in all advocacy activities.
- Represent the organization at public forums, meetings, and media engagements as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in advocacy, community development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of national service policies, defence advocacy, and community engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in organizing events, campaigns, and public outreach initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and presentation skills.
