Responsibility
- Oversee daily production line operations to ensure output meets rigorous quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repair of production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and document all technical interventions accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to junior technicians and associate staff.
- Monitor production metrics and prepare detailed reports on equipment performance and material usage.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and environmental guidelines (EHS).
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in technical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and equipment calibration.
- Experience in PLC programming or industrial automation is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical tasks and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software for production data management.
