Responsibility
- Oversee and align engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and supplier technical specifications with production requirements to ensure manufacturability.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement) to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth production workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production bottlenecks or defects and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Lean Manufacturing) and internal quality control protocols.
- Lead the introduction of new products or process changes, including pilot runs, testing, and full-scale implementation.
- Train and mentor production staff on technical specifications, safety protocols, and best practices for equipment operation.
- Generate and present reports on production performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), ERP/MRP systems, and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Proven track record of implementing Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TPM methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali (relocation assistance may be provided for exceptional candidates).
