Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of precision engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and procurement, to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in precision engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in precision manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards (ISO, AS9100), and lean methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and resource planning for engineering projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in engineering environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
