Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair on semiconductor probe equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues on probe systems with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair logs in compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new probe equipment, ensuring seamless integration into production lines.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with Micronâs EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, probe systems, or similar high-precision environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and familiarity with PLC or automation systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer probing, testing) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with global teams.
