Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects across Bali, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to identify electrical infrastructure requirements and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for electrical installations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and renewable energy solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all electrical systems meet sustainability goals, such as energy efficiency and reduced carbon footprint, in line with UES Holdingsā environmental commitments.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure project deliverables align with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building services engineering, with a focus on electrical systems design and implementation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or other industry-standard electrical design software.
- Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., SNI, IEC, BS, or NFPA).
- Experience working on projects in the hospitality, commercial, or residential sectors, particularly in tropical or high-humidity environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
