Responsibility
- Provide expert technical advice on civil and structural engineering aspects for corporate banking clients, ensuring project feasibility and financial soundness.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on construction and infrastructure projects, assessing risks and recommending financing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and relationship managers, to develop tailored financial products for engineering-driven projects.
- Evaluate technical documentation, such as blueprints, structural reports, and compliance certificates, to inform banking decisions.
- Act as a liaison between the bank and engineering firms, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance, providing regular updates and risk assessments to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in civil engineering and corporate banking.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices in contract financing for engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A background in finance or banking is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a corporate banking or financial advisory role.
- Strong understanding of construction financing, project management, and risk assessment in the engineering sector.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical and financial data, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory frameworks and industry standards for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, contract analysis, and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
