Responsibility
- Lead low yield analysis and implement improvement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct thorough failure analysis to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
- Optimize test processes to reduce cycle times while maintaining product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
- Develop and maintain test procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product testing, failure analysis, or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, statistical analysis, and quality control processes.
- Experience with manufacturing yield improvement and test time optimization.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
