Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Provide expert technical training and clinical support to surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the unique value proposition of our medical device portfolio.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and clinical presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive products and market trends to provide actionable feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers in public and private hospitals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding medical device promotion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales or a specialized product clinical role.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suitable for a high-stakes clinical environment.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory to meet with healthcare providers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to addressing clinical needs.
- Knowledge of Malaysian healthcare procurement processes is highly preferred.
